Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project team through the entire project lifecycle using Kanban methodology.
- Coordinate and facilitate 2-3 weekly team meetings to ensure project milestones are met.
- Oversee the project’s technical aspects, ensuring alignment with the VueJS, GraphQL, and Strapi tech stack.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define and deliver on project goals and requirements.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budget effectively.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and challenges.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Ensure the project adheres to high-quality standards and meets customer expectations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in managing IT projects, preferably in digital product certification or related fields.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and contemporary project management methodologies, Kanban and Agile.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to changing project needs and technology trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
