We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to lead, evolve, and execute SheerID’s User Experience practice as we continue to scale. You will play a critical role in enhancing our customer journeys, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and effective. Key responsibilities include:
Lead UX Initiatives: Drive the evolution of SheerID’s user experience strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission and customer needs.
Customer-Centric Design: Conduct ongoing user research and customer discovery to deeply understand the customer journey, identify pain points, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to design, test, and implement innovative UX solutions.
Advocate for Privacy: Uphold SheerID’s privacy-first principles, ensuring that our UX designs reflect our commitment to minimal data usage and strong privacy protections.
