Desciption:

Must have excellent comm skills

Responsibilities:

Work closely with Global Process Owners, IT, and Subject Matter Experts.
Create and/or clean-up process maps in designated process mapping system.
Scheduling and running teleconferences or telepresence meetings to create or vet process maps.
Identify and insert integration points between processes
Assist in the creation of a structured hierarchy of business processes.

Required Skills:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in as a Business Process Analyst
Experience creating process maps is a must.
Proficient in process mapping using BPM tools such as SAP ARIS or similar.
Proficient in using Visio or similar process mapping tools.
Training in the Six Sigma methodology preferred but not necessary.
Must be adaptable, can get up to speed quickly, and be tactical in delivering project tasks under tight deadlines, with the ability to keep the big picture in mind.
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects concurrently in a cross-functional capacity.
Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree is a plus.
