Scope of Job

RCM is looking for a Business Analyst for CRM Implementation for our local Health Care Services client in Puerto Rico.

Primary Responsibilities

• Gather and refine business requirements from stakeholders and Dynamics 365 users.
• Conduct ongoing gap analyses to assist the Dynamics 365 product owner in prioritizing development
• Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to design and implement solutions in Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain written and visual documentation of business processes implemented in Dynamics 365
• Coordinate with developers and CRM stakeholders to analyze and fix root cause issues
• Perform end-to-end system testing to ensure the system meets business requirements
• Write test scripts and coordinate user acceptance testing
• Document all changes, troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and request elevations

• In depth knowledge MS Dynamics 365 (cloud platform) including it various modules and funcionalities.
• Proficient in specific Dynamics 365 modules such as (Sales, Customer Services, Finance, Marketing and Operations.
• Understanding of different business process and the ability to map them to Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Understanding integration methods to connect Dynamics 365 with other systems including third party applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational are required.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines and established response times is essential.
• Ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship with other professionals in order to provide support and resolve issues is a must.

• Fully Bilingual (Spanish-English)

• BS or Master in Engineer, IT or Business Administration with experience more than 4 years in Dynamics 365 CRM Implementation
• Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Fundamentals preferable
