<p>Travvia, the home of our brands JUCY and Star RV, is looking for a Fixed Term Full-Time Payroll Specialist to run our New Zealand and Australian Payroll. The role will involve processing payroll processing for up to 250 employees fortnightly and we are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.</p><p>This role will sit within our People team, reporting to our Head of People and working closely with Finance.</p><p><strong>What You Will Be Doing:</strong></p><ul><li>Take full ownership and accountability for New Zealand and Australia payroll at JUCY Group (trading as Travvia), ensuring the highest standards of accuracy are upheld.</li><li>Develop and enhance People reporting capabilities within Payroll, delivering timely data and insights to enable effective decision-making for Managers.</li><li>Take a hands-on approach with manual payroll handling, while continuously seeking ways to improve processes and reduce manual intervention.</li><li>Maintain the Tanda database and export timesheets to Payglobal.</li><li>Ensure payroll is accurate and error-free, adhering to all relevant legislation.</li><li>Collaborate on system improvements, including working with system implementation teams to drive efficiencies.</li><li>Report directly to the Head of People and work closely with the Finance team to ensure seamless payroll operations.</li></ul><p><strong>Sound like a bit of you? You’ll be:</strong></p><ul><li>Experienced (4+ years) in delivering end-to-end payroll in a commercial organisation.</li><li>Autonomous, a great multi-tasker, and accustomed to meeting tight deadlines (fortnightly payroll!).</li><li>Proactive and takes ownership of your work, with a methodical and detail-oriented approach.</li><li>A strong communicator, able to convey complex payroll information clearly and concisely.</li><li>Knowledgeable about payroll-related legislation, ensuring compliance in all areas.</li><li>Eager to make a real difference in improving Payroll and People reporting functions.</li><li>Experience with Australian and New Zealand payroll processes is highly advantageous.</li><li>Proficient with Tanda or MYOB is desirable.</li></ul><p>So if you're ready for a change, apply now and tell us why you're the outstanding individual to get stuck in and own this role.</p> •
