Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you are responsible for hunting and qualifying leads to ensure Account Executives are provided with the best opportunities that will maximize revenue. You will have the opportunity to join one of the most innovative sales teams in the world.

Your responsibilities are as follows:

  • Work with the Sales team to develop new lead sources, qualify new deal opportunities, and book new business opportunities for the Account Executives to close.
  • Develop and maintain great relationships with all new potential clients and always look for opportunities to add more value.
  • Manage new inbound and outbound leads for LaunchBoom.

    The experience we are looking for:

    • 2+ years working in a customer service facing role required, B2B sales experience preferred.
    • CRM experience required (Hubspot experience preferred).
    • Experience working in the crowdfunding or ecommerce industries preferred.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent time management skills.

    Nitty gritty details:

    • $55K base salary, $70K OTE through commission
    • Medical, dental and vision insurance (100% of employee premium paid for)
    • 401(k) plan with a fully vested 4% match
    • Untracked paid vacation time
    • 2 weeks paid sick time
    • 12 business days off paid for various holidays
    • Day of your birthday off paid
    • Employees must be able to legally work in the United States
