<p>We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Head Pilates Instructor to join an elegant &amp; prestigious studio catering to high-end clientele in Qatar.</p><p><strong><br></strong><strong>The package:</strong></p><p>- tax-free monthly salary 15 000 - 18 000 QAR (approximately US$ 4100 - 5000)</p><p>- 40% commission on PT</p><p>- private accommodation </p><p>- medical insurance </p><p>- visa</p><p>- paid annual leave<br></p><p>- annual flights<br></p><p>- partial support for education and sponsorship for competitions if any</p><p>- relocation flight<br><strong><br></strong><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge &amp; Skills:</strong> </p><p>- Comprehensive Pilates Certification (internationally recognised)</p><p>- Minimum 5 years experience </p><p>- English speaking (Conversational level at a minimum - able to communicate clearly)</p><p>- Arabic speaking would be advantageous, but not a requirement</p><p>- Approachable, graceful &amp; displays attention to detail</p><p>- Excellent leadership skills</p><ul></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</strong><br></p><p>Class Design and Delivery:</p><p>- Design and deliver comprehensive Pilates classes for individuals and groups, catering to various skill levels and fitness goals.</p><p>- Develop and oversee the implementation of Pilates programs tailored to clients' specific needs and objectives.</p><p><br></p><p>Client Training and Support:</p><p>- Provide personalized training and support to clients, helping them achieve their fitness objectives through customized Pilates routines.</p><p>- Conduct initial assessments and periodic evaluations to monitor clients' progress and adjust programs as needed.</p><p><br></p><p>Mentorship and Supervision:</p><p>- Mentor and supervise junior Pilates instructors, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. </p><p>- Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback to enhance instructional quality.Client Care and Safety:</p><p>- Ensure the highest standards of client care, safety, and satisfaction, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment. </p><p>- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve teaching methods and class content to provide innovative and effective workouts.</p><p><br></p><p>Studio Management:</p><p>- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.</p><p>- Oversee studio operations, including scheduling, and adherence to health and safety regulations in liaison with Administration.</p><p><br></p><p>Professional Development:</p><p>- Stay current with the latest Pilates techniques, trends, and best practices through continuous education and training.</p><p>- Attend workshops, conferences, and other professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge when needed and the studio can offer partial support.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview:</strong></p><p>The Head Pilates Instructor and Technical Manager is a dynamic and multifaceted role responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive Pilates classes for individuals and groups, overseeing program implementation, and managing studio operations.
