We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded CorpSec Executive to help quickly grow our business in Singapore. You will be forward-thinking, with a desire to work in a progressive, tech-assisted environment.

You must be able to prioritise your tasks and work comfortably under pressure.

Position Duties

The successful candidate will report to the Portfolio Team Manager and the Corporate Secretary Managers. You will be involved in the full-spectrum of corporate secretarial work. This includes:

• Incorporating new companies (private limited, sole proprietorship etc.)
• Transferring corporate secretary appointments for existing companies
• Preparation and drafting of statutory documents (e.g. AGM, EGM, Board Resolution, etc.)
• Other corporate or ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Manager(s)
• Maintaining minutes books and updating records in registers
• Monitoring statutory deadlines
