Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), 10000 Bonus

Haven Homes, a 5-star rated senior care campus, is hiring Full-Time Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. In addition to generous benefits, we are offering up to a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus!

We moved into our premier 149-unit independent living, assisted living, TCU and long-term care senior health & living campus in December 2020. We are located a mere 12 miles from Ridgedale Mall, just off Hwy 12 in Maple Plain.

There are Full-Time (Day & Evening) positions available. You will work a varied schedule including every other weekend. 

Hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm; 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Pay: $25.68 - $31.45 / hour, depending on experience
There is a $4.00 per hour shift differential for evenings; $5.00 per hour shift differential for nights

Part-Time is eligible for a $5,000 Bonus. Full-Time is eligible for a $10,000 Bonus.

Nurse responsibilities:

• Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.
• Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
• Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software.
• Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary.
• Performs additional duties as required.

Nurse skills and requirements:

• Must have MN LPN License and be in good standing.
• Prior LTC experience preferred.
• Must have strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
