Core Catalysts, LLC is searching for an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on a fractional basis to provide strategic and technical leadership for our organization. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of technology and driving innovation to support the company's growth objectives.
In this role, you will work closely with the executive team to align technology initiatives with business goals, identify and evaluate new technologies, and develop technology strategies and roadmaps. You will also lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and platforms to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions and systems.
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Ensure the security and integrity of data and systems through the implementation of robust security measures and protocols.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize technology initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of technology trends and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience in leading and managing high-performing IT teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISM, CISSP, ITIL) are a plus.
