Squarespace's Help Experience team is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join us based in our Dublin office. You will work directly with Staff Engineers, Data Analysts, and the Customer Operations department to handle complex technical challenges, leveraging Squarespace's expanding Cloud-native footprint and cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI.
The Help Experience team's mission is to empower our customers' business growth through an integrated support platform. This platform combines personalized self-help guidance with one-on-one support, offering the essential tools and assistance our customers need to succeed, while enhancing operational efficiency. Our chatbot processes millions of messages per day and our help centre is visited by a million visitors daily.
As a Full Stack Engineer on Help Experience, you'll work with Product and Design to build new applications, add new features to existing applications and maintain the health of our diverse tech stack. You'll work on projects to help our Customer Operations advisors and work with the team to implement technical improvements and help develop the team's technical strategy.
You will report to the Engineering Team Manager of the Help Experience team who is based in our NYC office. This is a hybrid role working from our Dublin, Ireland office 3 days per week. This is a geographically dispersed team between NYC and Dublin.
