What You’ll Be Doing: 

• Be the Star: Step in front of the camera to bring scripts you’ve crafted to life, and engage in spontaneous improvisations that showcase your creativity.
• Drive and Explore: Take the wheel of a large vehicle, traveling to capture dynamic content and visit various locations.
• Conduct Customer Interviews: Film on-camera interviews with our valued customers, authentically capturing their stories and experiences.
• Connect with Audiences: Use your influencer experience to build genuine connections with interviewees, ensuring their stories are shared with authenticity and warmth.
• Tell Compelling Stories: Leverage your storytelling skills to highlight the unique and inspiring journeys of our customers.
• Create Engaging Content: Develop impactful content that resonates across social media platforms and traditional advertising.
• Innovate Content Ideas: Apply your expertise in content ideation and marketing to generate fresh, compelling ideas that elevate our brand.

Requirements

What You’ll Need: 

• Familiarity with creating on-camera content for social media platforms.
• Ability to develop and create engaging on-camera content for various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
• Ability to collaborate with the marketing team to generate fresh and innovative ideas.
• Background in acting and/or theater (or similar experience ) to confidently present on camera, delivering compelling messages to the audience.
• Excellent Communication Skills to:
• Conduct engaging on-camera interviews, testimonials, and live sessions to strengthen the brand's connection with the audience.
• Infuse compelling storytelling elements into content to enhance relatability and captivate viewers.
• Collaborate effectively with influencers, partners, and internal stakeholders to expand social media reach.
• Ability to devise and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
• Drive to stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms to ensure a cutting-edge approach.
• Ability to work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align on overarching marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Valid and active driver’s license.
• Ability to be in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods (2+ hours).
• Ability to frequently move Audio/Visual equipment weighing up to 25 pounds to various filming locations.
• Ability to regularly move about inside and outside the office, including customer and event locations, both indoors and outdoors.

Location & Commitments:

This full-time role requires a weekly, minimum commitment of 40 hours and is based at our Canton, OH office. Working hours are typically from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, though they may vary based on events and customer schedules. 

This position is open to all candidates who legally reside and are eligible to work in the United States and are available to work onsite in our Canton, OH office.  Please note this role will often require you to be on camera.

This role offers an hourly wage between $21.00 and $26.00, depending on the candidate’s experience and skills.
