This position demands a seasoned leader who can oversee the Minviro China team and successfully deliver client projects, from strategic initiation to successful completion while ensuring alignment with our broader business objectives.</p><p dir="ltr"></p><h3 dir="ltr">Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement the country-specific strategic plan in alignment with the organisation’s global goals, focusing on scalability and sustainability.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Identify, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment and promote long-term cooperation and funding sources.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Directing and managing all aspects of project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, to ensure projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time, and within scope and budget.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Developing and refining project management frameworks and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in delivering Minviro’s services.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Leading, mentoring, and developing the consultancy and project delivery teams to achieve excellence in all facets of project execution.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Monitoring industry trends and integrating innovative practices and technologies into project management processes to maintain competitive advantage.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Supporting business development and sales pipeline development in APAC region and occasionally globally</p></li></ul><p><br></p><h3 dir="ltr">Ideal Candidate Profile:</h3><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Extensive experience in managing large-scale consultancy projects, particularly within the environmental, ESG consulting or technology sectors. Ideally experience working in the battery value chain</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong operational leadership skills, with a proven track record of improving project delivery mechanisms and achieving significant outcomes.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset, adept at navigating complex project challenges.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese, capable of engaging and influencing various stakeholders and teams.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">At least 2 years experience managing a team of consultants to high performance with great feedback from your team members</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Experience with life cycle assessments (LCA) and familiarity with LCA tools; Technical understanding of LCA methodologies; understanding of ISO-14040 and ISO 14067 methodologies</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">An effective project manager, able to drive project management processes that ensure efficiency, quality, satisfied clients and happy team members </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Success in developing client accounts</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong project and stakeholder management </p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Client relationship management experience</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ability to work independently and think creatively about innovative solutions</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong attention to detail</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A willingness to learn and develop in the role</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">A passion for our vision and alignment with our values</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Understand LCA and carbon footprint projects in China and abroad; <br>Understand the domestic and international environmental footprint related policies and regulations;</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Have the experience of communicating with customers as a project manager.</p></li></ul> •
