HR Intern (Talent Acquisition)

Reporting to: HR and Admin Supervisor and HR Manager - Talent Aquisition 

 

Talent Acquisition Intern

The Talent Acquisition Intern is responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition eam in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. The intern will also be assisting with various HR functions and administrative tasks to support the overall operations of the organization.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various positions within the company,

• Participating in interviews and selection processes to identify top talent,

• Supports in preparing and organizing onboarding activities, including creating arrival tickets, managing pre-employment requirements, and coordinating the distribution and collection of onboarding documents such as job offers and job contracts,

• Organizing and updating 201 files of Cebu employees,

• Assisting new hires with the application process for government benefits assistance, such as SSS, PHIC, R1-A, ER2, 1902, etc,

• Assist in conducting employment verification checks to ensure accuracy and compliance,

• Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers and platforms to ensure accurate and up-to-date information,

• Preparing and analyzing recruitment reports to identify trends and make data-driven decisions,

• Reviewing job analyses and descriptions to ensure alignment with organizational needs,

• Participating in meetings with universities for internship program partnerships,

• Help with employee wellness and engagement initiatives,

• Supporting day-to-day HR operations and performing administrative tasks, including biometrics registration and extraction, sourcing office and event suppliers, and participating in ID photoshoots.

 

Job Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field,

• Interest in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a willingness to learn and engage in interview processes,

• Knowledge of other HR facets and willingness to assist in various HR functions,

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple responsibilities effectively,

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills,

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

 

Work set-up and working hours:

• Shifting schedule: 10:00AM to 07:00PM
