What you'll do

Analyze
   - Build charts and dashboards, and leverage data to identify opportunities and measure the impact of your initiatives.
   - Understand the underlying problem to be solved when gathering requirements.
   - Interview customers to empathize and deeply understand how to create value for them.
Prioritize
   - Own and positively impact acquisition, retention, satisfaction and growth for our neobank product.
   - Manage a backlog for the Technology team accordingly.
Collaborate
   - Work with the design team to gather insights from our users
   - Refine and break down your user stories with the Technology team.
   - Connect with vendors and 3rd parties to clarify integration requirements.
   - Sign off on implemented features and get sign off from key stakeholders as well.
Communicate
   - Write detailed user stories to enable asynchronous work.
   - Keep track of items while in the development cycle, and follow up to keep them moving forward.
   - Manage internal stakeholder expectations and clarify when things are already covered by another initiative, or if what's being requested does not align with the strategy.

Requirements

  • You are fluent in English and have good communication skills.
  • You have 5 or more years of experience working in a product position for a software company. Bonus points if you have B2C fintech, wallet or neobank experience.
  • You're highly skilled on one of these three areas: Data Analytics, User Experience Design or Web Development.
  • You are resourceful and not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty setting up automations, playing with code or creating mockups.
  • You are curious, especially about what drives people to behave in a certain way, and what goes into their decision-making process.
  • You are inquisitive and a critical thinker.
  • You have the ability to articulate the "why" behind your product decisions clearly and leverage data to get buy in from key stakeholders.
  • You have shipped products to users and comprehend what makes a good product.
  • You can wear many hats, and understand the whole product and how its pieces interact.
  • You have experience with the tools in our stack (or comparable), like Branch, Segment, Amplitude, Iterable, etc.
  • You're always trying new apps, you probably have a lot of them in your phone and can distinguish what a good user experience is.
  • You understand how to track user behavior: what events should be tracked, how it should be structured, and the taxonomies that should be applied.
