Huckberry is looking for a Customer Experience Associate who thrives on providing support through several different channels of communication, including email, phone, and live chat. You’ll be a great fit for our team if you’re empathetic, emotionally intelligent, and enthusiastic about helping customers. A love for gear and Huckberry products is a big bonus!
This is a hybrid role with on-site and work-from-home flexibility.
This seasonal role will be from October 2024 - January 2025. Occasional weekend and evening availability may be expected.
Shifts will run from: 9:00a - 5:30p ET, or 12:00p - 8:30p ET. Please indicate your preferred shift by answering the questions at the bottom of the application.
