Payment Project Manager

• Implementation experience of Payments processing lifecycle, Payment types like – ACH, RTGS, Real-time, Cross border.
• Good knowledge of Core Banking Applications like Flexcube (12x & 14x) & Finacle (10x),
• Experience in OBPM (Oracle Banking Payments) and trade application OBTF (Oracle Banking Trade Finance).
• Experience of ISO 20022 migration - SWIFT transformation of MT to MX worldwide for all banking payment & non-payment messages.
• Good knowledge of MT, PACS, PAIN, and CAMT messages with implementation experience.
• Experience in Payments Engines/ Payments integration layers/ Payments Channels/Bulk Payments
• Lead and manage end-to-end payment projects, ensuring successful delivery within timelines and budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to payment projects.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in payment processes.
• Conduct post-project reviews and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in payment-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of payment systems, processes, and technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations in payment processing.
• Experience in vendor management and contract negotiation.
