We seek a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in cutting-edge technologies and demonstrate the ability to shape a technical vision and drive execution to deliver quality products that delight customers.
Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the engineering, research and development, and IT teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that align with our business needs and market demands.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to shape strategy, drive initiatives and ensure technology investments align with business objectives.
- Ensure Zyte’s systems deliver excellent performance when collecting data from changing websites and under increasing customer workloads.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Communicate complex technical concepts effectively internally and externally and represent the company as a thought leader.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role within a scaling company, preferably with a deeply technical product.
- Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and mentorship skills, with a track record of managing and scaling technical teams.
- Comfortable with public speaking and experienced in presenting to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of modern software development practices, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, AI/ML and other relevant technologies.
- A proactive problem solver, comfortable getting into the details when required and prepared to take decisive action to overcome technical obstacles, ensuring the seamless execution of complex projects.
