The Administrator will perform data and conguration updates, manage user accounts, develop and maintain ows, processes and formulas to enhance automation, and design report and dashboard templates to support analytics.
Advanced Salesforce system administration skills, familiarity with databases/data models, advanced understanding of Salesforce security models and a solid understanding of CRM concepts and processes. Experience administering an org with Salesforce Shield is a big positive.
Minimum expectation of a University/college degree OR equivalent education/experience Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality Advanced Excel skills and prociency in all other Oce application (Word, Outlook, Power Point, Visio)
