Atlean Wolrd is looking for FrenchTravel Advisors to be part of a dynamic and rapidly expanding hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of Europe's most captivating destinations, along with a lineup of exciting ongoing projects based in Malta.
Your journey will be amazing, as you will:
- Manage inquiries from touristic groups across all our destinations
- Craft enticing group proposals and meticulous contracts
- Take care of the group process in close coordination with our dedicated hotel teams
- Act as the direct liaison for corporate clients and agencies
- Skillfully handled invoicing and debtor management
Requirements
- Successful completion of a hospitality management program or a similar course
- Interest in the travel industry and ideally (not mandatory) some experience on the field.
- Exceptional communication prowess and an analytical mindset
- A proactive work style, fueled by enthusiasm and self-motivation
- A strong sense of responsibility coupled with a dedication to quality
- Outstanding proficiency in written and spoken French.
- Good level of English language.
