Working Hour:
· Normal Office hour will be From Saturday to Thursday; from 9am to 6 pm. Friday will be the weekly holiday.
· Must be ready for working in different shifts (day or night), as assigned by the management, as & when required.
· Require to be available for attending support calls at anytime of the day or night on 24x7x365 basis.
· Sometimes will be required to attend calls long hours in off-time or government holidays as needed.
· Must be ready to stay in office after office hour as necessary.
· Must be available over phone at all times.
Asset Management:
· Will be responsible for all assets of the Company that will be used in the delivery of customer services (i.e. tools, software, vehicles, documentation, and intellectual property), or as assigned by management
Terms & conditions:
· The applicant must agree to sign a bond, for serving the company for minimum 2 (two) years.
· If the applicant wants to leave the company before 2 years, he must agree to pay a penalty amount (equivalent to the total salary amount during the entire probation period).
· Probation period is 6 (six) months.
· After the probation period the applicant will be the permanent employee of the company.
