<p>This is an excellent opportunity for a <strong>Removals Driver </strong>to join a friendly team with established removals companies in and around South West London.</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>Flexible days</li><li>Paid overtime opportunities</li><li>Customer tips</li><li>Friendly working environment</li><li>Keep fit</li><li>Travel</li><li>Weekly pay</li><li>Potential to go from temp to permanent</li></ul><p><strong>Duties:</strong></p><ul><li>Drive a manual Luton van</li><li>Work with a team on packing, loading and unloading vans, houses or offices.</li><li>You could be moving sofas, boxes, computers, wardrobes etc.</li><li>Follow the instructions of the Foreman.</li><li>Follow health and safety guidelines.</li><li>Pack or wrap items to keep them safe, clean and secure as well as utilising space in the boxes/the van.</li><li>Unload items into the correct locations as per instructions.</li></ul><p><strong>Hours:</strong></p><ul><li>Shift start times vary around 7am-8am.</li><li>We can’t give a finish time as moves take varying times.</li></ul><p><strong>The role will suit someone with:</strong></p><ul><li>Holds a valid Driving licence and can drive a manual 3.5tonne Luton Van</li><li>Some practical experience</li><li>Good level of fitness</li><li>Excellent handling, packing and loading ability</li><li>Good communication skills</li><li>Punctual and reliable</li><li>Hardworking, committed team player</li><li>Honesty and integrity</li><li>A can-do attitude</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Some of the areas you will be working in include; Clapham, Battersea, Wandsworth, Brixton, Mitcham, Tooting, Wimbledon, Croydon etc</p><p>As this is a driving role, a valid manual drivers license will be required.
