We’re looking for a multiple supervisors for our flagship 5th Avenue store to help the team grow, succeed, and deliver an amazing customer experience.
Reporting to the Assistant Store Leader, you’ll be hands-on with the team every day, giving direct support and feedback to help them hit their goals and improve their performance. You’ll be a key player in building a motivated, high-performing team that’s excited to work together and serve our customers.
Your Day to Day:
· Give daily feedback to help team members meet their goals and provide great service to customers.
· Observe areas where team members can improve and provide feedback to help them grow.
· Lead by example—show the team what great customer service looks like and set the standard for performance.
· Utilize sales reporting and systems to identify and track employee performance.
· Help lead team meetings and training sessions to improve customer service and sales skills.
· Support new hires during onboarding, making sure they know what’s expected and how to succeed from day one!
· Address performance issues right away, offering guidance and support to help ensure team members consistently deliver expectations of the customer experience.
· Work with the store leadership team to identify team members who need additional support, training, or coaching.
· Create a positive work environment where the team feels supported, motivated, and excited to come to work.
· Ensure cash management procedures are in place. A key holder of the store.
We’d Love to Hear from You If You Have:
· Experience in a supervisory or coaching role in retail, with a focus on helping team members improve and develop their sales driving and customer service skills.
· A passion for helping others succeed, with the ability to give simple, clear feedback in a positive way.
· Great communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people and provide support in the moment.
· A strong work ethic, setting a good example for others by providing exceptional customer service.
· Solid organizational skills and the ability to juggle coaching duties with other tasks in a busy retail environment.
· A team player who can work well with others to ensure everyone’s meeting expectations.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
What is expected of you:
· Must bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds.
· Have a minimum of 40 hours of availability per week that supports the needs of the business, including: nights, weekends, and holidays as well as overtime where applicable.
· Must regularly stand and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers.
