<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p><br>We are seeking an experienced Product Engineer to provide technical guidance and support in assigned product areas, ensuring that AAF’s products remain innovative and competitive in the market. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting competitor analysis and product development. If you're passionate about engineering and innovation, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>As a Product Engineer, your main duties will include:</p><ul><li>Maintenance and management of product specifications (2D/3D CAD, Microsoft Word/Excel) through change management procedures.</li><li>Analysis of technical specifications/drawings.</li><li>Participation in continuous improvement initiatives, identification of actions, recommending changes to designs/materials for new product developments, product improvements, cost reductions and/or increased operational efficiency.</li><li>Coordination of product tests, perform competitor analysis through visual and physical testing. Product research together with or in cooperation with the Product Manager.</li></ul><ul><li>Supporting the marketing team with technical information for product launches, brochures, and promotional materials.</li><li>Identification of opportunities for new product developments.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and customers, including occasional visits to manufacturing facilities across Europe to advance the company knowledge and experience level.</li><li>Promote safe working practices within all aspects of daily duties.</li><li>Other duties may be assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Knowledge/Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related industry or contracting/consulting industry.</li><li>Proficient in the use of Autodesk products Inventor/Vault.</li><li>Strong understanding of industry standards (ISO 128:2020) and an understanding of filtration technology.</li><li>Proven experience in conducting product tests and competitor analysis.</li><li>Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on cost reduction and efficiency improvements.</li><li>Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe to visit manufacturing facilities, suppliers, and partners.</li><li>Fluency in English (spoken and written).</li></ul><p><strong>Why Join Us?</strong><br>We offer an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team at the forefront of product development.
