Business Analyst

 

The Job

As a business analyst at Septentrio, you’ll have a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You’ll get a broad insight in Septentrio’s organization and so, will improve and digitalize the business processes within the organization.

In this role, you will be reporting to the Digital Transformation Manager within the IT department.

 

Your mission

Our business analyst translates business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. To achieve optimal results, they actively engage with stakeholders to understand and prioritize their needs, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.

As a business analyst, you collaborate with IT, DevOps, and vendors to design and integrate technical solutions. You oversee the end-to-end implementation process, employing robust quality assurance and testing methodologies.

Further, you master our business tools, your primary focus is on Salesforce, but you also work on SAP, 24flow, PowerBI, Jira, etc.. You resolve day-to-day issues raised by end users, communicate effectively, and identify opportunities for ongoing improvements to meet changing business needs.

You assist in project management, and aim to increase harmonization in tools and processes, maintaining comprehensive documentation and staying up-to-date with industry trends for continuous improvement.

You communicate and reinforce standard business process concepts and methodology by providing training to managers and key users and draft internal user documentation and work instructions.

 

Your qualifications

You hold a master’s degree in business administration, applied economics, business engineering or similar.

You have a minimum of 5 years working experience.

You can think conceptually, to see and work on the bigger picture.

You can work independently, up for a challenge, eager to learn, and result oriented.

You are fluent in English.

You have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
