Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Onboarding and Benefits Coordinator at Jordano's Inc. in Santa Barbara, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for administering HR functions, policies, employee benefits, and benefits administration within the company. This role will involve day-to-day HR operations and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full cycle of recruitment efforts
• Responsible for new hire orientation and onboarding efforts.
• Full benefits and wellness programs administration
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• 3+ years of experience working in Human Resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Pay Range $25.00 to $32.00 per hour (starting pay is dependent on experience and qualifications).
