Position Overview:
Improvix Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to provide oversight, governance, and quality assurance for a multi-year engagement with the Department of State's ADD (Application Development Division). This role involves leading the transformation of the ServiceNow technology portfolio, including system integration, custom development, and customer engagement. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with the overall roadmap, and driving excellence in project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Oversight: Provide leadership and governance for the ServiceNow technology portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and customer needs.
- Project Management: Lead transformation initiatives, including system integration and custom development, to optimize ServiceNow capabilities.
- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders, managing communications, expectations, and deliverables. Ensure customer satisfaction and address any challenges proactively.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects meet quality standards, are delivered on time, and stay within scope and budget.
- Technology Roadmap: Develop and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap in collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders to meet evolving business needs.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with existing systems and other third-party tools, ensuring seamless operation.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of developers, business analysts, and other technical staff, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Provide regular updates to executive leadership and customers on project status, roadblocks, and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Secret Clearance required.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar).
- 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on ServiceNow implementations, transformations, and integrations.
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects in a federal contracting environment.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, including custom development, workflows, integrations, and system administration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow’s full suite of products, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HR Service Delivery.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Prior experience supporting Department of State or other federal agencies.
- Ability to drive technology adoption and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
