Your Role and Mission

You’ll work as part of Flux IT, contributing to the company’s growth by attracting and selecting new fluxers. Your mission will be to propose, challenge, and develop our 2024 Recruiting Plan within a collaborative team and work interdisciplinarily with the Marketing, Communication & Design areas.

Your Work Modality

• Full-time.
• Hybrid. With offices in Puerto Madero and La Plata.

Some of Your Responsibilities

• Recruitment and selection of IT profiles.
• Managing the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a top-notch candidate experience.
• Supporting our positioning strategy on social media.
• Proficiency in metrics/KPIs management.
• Experience with an ATS (we use Breezy).

What We Expect From You

• That you’ve graduated or are studying a related field like Psychology, Labor Relations, or similar.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment and Selection.
• Upper-intermediate level of English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
