Certification Specialist Lead (Mekari University)

Job Descriptions:

• Develop, enhance, and create certification materials, including curriculum, courses, modules, guidelines, and assessments.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of product usage and stay updated on necessary changes for the certification process.
• Conduct Training of Trainers (ToT) sessions for instructors from partner institutions to ensure the effective delivery of certification content.
• Ensure that the entire administrative process of the certification classes runs smoothly.
• Ensure the smooth operation of classes, including in-class tap-ins and review days.
• Maintain positive relationships with partner institutions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of related working experience in Accounting, Tax, HR, Learning & Development, or any related field.
• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Required skills: Accounting and Taxation.
• Having a passion and experience in teaching/training is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Fast learner and independent.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (Microsoft & G Suite).
• Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
