Contract Lifecycle Management Sr. Analyst

Duration: 6 months extendable contract
The Client's Legal Team is seeking a CLM Functional Senior Analyst to support its transformation to a Next Generation Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution. During this transition, the Legal team will need to continue to support multiple legacy CLM environment while transforming processes and preparing data to migrate to the common next generation system. This multi-year program will require inputs from multiple legal teams, multiple cross functional organizations in the contracting lifecycle as well as the Client’s IT organization and an external system implementation partner.
The CLM Functional Senior Analyst will quickly learn current state Client’s processes and systems and support the transformation of those processes to best utilize new CLM capabilities. The Senior Analyst will work with legal teams to ensure alignment globally and across the shared services organization and ensure all functional requirements are met.
Job Responsibilities
• Identify innovative process improvement opportunities to realize the value of Contract Lifecycle Management technology and support the alignment of teams to realize those opportunities
• Administer CLM configurations, including but not limited to roles, templates, access controls and report configurations.
• Understand business needs and objectives for the Legal department
• Support creation of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Support the implementation, deployment, and further development of Contracts Technology systems (CLM, Business Intelligence, etc.)
• Lead the creation and ongoing analysis and maintenance of existing and future state process documents
• Lead and administer Legal technology and Project Management systems trainings
• Create and submit Jira tickets for IT development
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and partner with other legal stakeholders, IT and external service providers to recommend practical, innovative solutions
• Department-wide report creation and distribution.
• Create, conduct, and coordinate user acceptance testing for contracts systems
• Act as the liaison with various stakeholders, including IT, as needed
• Use a variety of problem-solving skills to resolve issues with internal teams and stakeholders
Qualifications:
• 5+ years completing similar tasks to those above, and within a Legal or IT environment, preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience implementing and/or configuring and supporting a Contract Lifecycle Management system
• Project Management qualifications preferred
• Ability to identify and manage cross-team and cross-project dependencies
• Ability to anticipate and address issues early with strong customer focus
• Strong analytical skills including business acumen
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
• Ability to make decisions independently, knowing how and when to escalate issues
• Experience working directly with business teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of Data and Analytics systems such as Tableau and Power BI
• Experience as a contracts manager is a plus
• Ability to travel to support program commitments, no more than 20%
