Road Map:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in optimizing our marketing processes, managing the marketing technology stack, and ensuring that marketing strategies are executed efficiently to drive growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing operations, preferably within a high-growth SaaS business, and will be proficient in Marketo and Salesforce.
What Your Ride Will Look Like:
- Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Marketo and Salesforce.
- Develop and implement lead management processes, including lead scoring, routing, and nurturing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and effective follow-up.
- Analyze marketing performance data and create comprehensive reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across all aspects of the funnel—from lead generation to revenue.
- Manage and optimize chatbot and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) software to enhance lead engagement and conversion.
- Work closely with the content and demand generation teams to ensure marketing campaigns are executed effectively, including buildout of Marketo emails, forms, and landing pages.
- Track and report on the marketing budget, in coordination with the Finance team.
- Ensure a tight lead management process, in coordination with the Revenue Operations and Sales Enablement team.
- Lead and develop direct report(s).
Show Off What You Have:
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within a high-growth SaaS business.
- Proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce is required.
- Experience with lead routing, chatbot, and ABM software.
- Experience with data visualization reporting tools (ie. Power BI, Tableau, Etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and analyzing marketing reports.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in optimizing and facilitating project management software like Asana, Monday.com, or Wrike.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and process efficiency.
- Familiarity with SiriusDecisions lead and funnel definitions or similar campaign frameworks.
- Experience with companies with at least $50M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), with a preference for those between $100M and $1B in ARR.
- Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy regulations.
Fuel Gauge:
- Salary range is $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience.
