What you'll do:
- Manage Lakepointe en Español main social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube)
- Lead the organization and execution of building and maintaining an impactful social media presence through high-quality content creation and posting
- Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff
- Build meaningful engagement by writing post descriptions, comments, stories, etc.
- Create weekly social media content plans and calendars that include special events and kep campaigns to reach specific target audiences
- Monitor and engage in online conversations and Lakepointe and faith on all platforms in a timely manner, including responding to comments and direct messages
- Manage LPE Senior Pastor social media platforms (Instagram and Facebook) including creating and posting encouragement content, monitoring comments and messages, and being available to other requests as needed
- Work closely with other teams and ministries to ensure consistent and integrated social media activity across all platforms (including Lakepointe Músicam Lakepointe Jóvenes and owners of Facebook groups) providing ideas, content, graphics, and overall support in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure effective communication with LPC social media team to maintain a close work relationship, bring consistency and collaborate in the overall message, vision, events, content creation, etc.
- Regularly monitor the performance of each social media platform, considering established goals and strategies, and staying up to date with the latest digital technology and social media platforms and trends (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, etc.)
- Manage Lakepointe en Español church online streaming in all platforms (Facebook, YouTube, App, and lpe.online.church)
- Monitor the live streaming for the weekend services and special events, including comments, prayer requests, attendance reports, and other technical details
- Follow up with the online community's connection and prayer requests during the week
- Help manage the communication, content creation, promotion, and the recording of Lakepointe en Español podcast, posting monthly episodes on all platforms (YouTube, App, Spotify, etc.) under the direction of the Pastor of Creative Arts
- Recruit, care for, and develop new volunteers for church online, social media, and photography teams
- Manage the organization of our photo library with different categories and folders to help provide a quick and easy search across ministries
- Research and analyze the communication trends of relevant pacesetter/church accounts
Skills & Experience you’ve had:
- Experience on creative teams, content creation, and social media related initiatives preferred
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- Fluent in Spanish and English required
