We are seeking an experienced Group Product Manager to join our dynamic team at Quickbase, focusing on verticals. As a key player in the product management team, you’ll be directly responsible for how we leverage our no-code platform to deliver vertical solutions.

This position requires strategic thinking with a deep ability to research, prioritize and develop a roadmap directly aligned to company goals.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the product strategy of verticalizing our platform.
· Deeply engage with GTM teams to understand market needs, sales pipeline and company goals to prioritize productized solutions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, UX/UI, and Marketing, to align initiatives with overall product and business objectives.
· Perform market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements
· Utilize data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, analyze user behavior, and optimize user journeys within the product.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies both as it relates to no-code platforms and vertical point solutions that may compete with or complement Quickbase.
· Work with 1-2 scrum teams to break down work, prioritize backlogs and unblock teams to deliver high quality features on time that delight customers.
· Lead and mentor a small team of product managers dedicated to vertical solutions.
Qualifications
· Proven track record as a Product Manager with 7+ years of experience, with some focus in B2B SaaS and/or software platforms.
· 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring product managers.
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
· Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
· Experience with Agile development methodologies and a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle.
· Familiarity with Quickbase or similar low-code platforms is a plus.
· Proficiency in SaaS offerings tailored to 1 or more of the following: manufacturing, construction, real estate, state/local government.
