Join us in our mission to help companies and people interact with each other in a better way so that they can make life-changing decisions together. <br></p><p>Ideally we are seeking SDRs who would like to develop into a role giving full visibility over the 360 sales cycle, or junior AEs looking to contribute to to the growth of the Teamtailor brand within the Australia and NZ market.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:  </h3><ul><li dir="ltr">Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.<br></li><li dir="ltr">Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. This includes. Identifying and qualifying prospects, scheduling and conducting customer meetings, negotiating business proposals and closing new opportunities<br></li><li dir="ltr">Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.<br></li><li dir="ltr">Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships or Customer Success.<br></li><li dir="ltr">Growth mindset:<strong> </strong>Continuously learning and understanding of our product, internal processes and industry.</li><li dir="ltr">Team player: Provide ideas, feedback and support to your direct peer<br></li></ul><p></p><h3><strong>We are looking for someone with:<br></strong></h3><ul></ul><ul><li>Proven experience in outbound sales</li><li>Strong attention to detail in managing sales pipeline and forecasting</li><li>Experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is highly desirable) </li><li>Passion for driving business growth by identifying and closing new opportunities</li><li>The ability to generate their own leads from the ground up</li><li>Great communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Self-motivation and a clear sense of urgency.
