Management Trainee Officer- Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the manager or assigned staff member to complete all assigned tasks.
• Conduct desktop research, gather information through surveys or by engaging in discussions with clients, principals, and partners.
• Attend and participate in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
• Liaison with clients, vendors, partners and suppliers on behalf of the company's managers.
• Update documents, sales records, and review sales performance in comparison to sales targets.
• Update Partner Portal CRMs.
• Observe and carry out sales processes.
• Identify potential weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of acquired knowledge and present findings through presentations to both staff and other stakeholders.
  

Requirements

• Experience: 0-1 Year
• Qualification: Bachelors in Business Administration or related field
• Proficiency in English and Urdu language
• Ability to work independently as well as in team
• Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments
• Strong interpersonal skills
