Job Purpose:
The Head of Sales is responsible for managing sales activities for our product suite across the French region. This position will be responsible for building a strong sales organization to support the business growth and profitability objectives of the company. Leading a team of Sales Representatives you will be responsible for sales activities and service delivery. A proven sales executive with a demonstrated ability to find business, attract talent, and build and grow an effective team is a must.
We are looking for a results-oriented sales leader with strong technical aptitude and strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. With the ability to analyze, plan and run at strategic levels. Success requires expertise in leading, coaching, and mentoring a sales team, driving sales performance and accountability and optimizing customer development, retention and account saturation to continue our growth strategy.
