About the Role:  

We are looking for a Territory Manager to actively seek out and engage prospective customers to meet or exceed set quotas and goal objectives focused on the medical, academic, health and/or wellness industry. 

The ideal candidate has a hunger for building customer relationships and aligning customer priorities with InBody’s values with experience working with the end users and purchasing departments within medical, academic, health and/or wellness institutions. We’re looking for an optimistic self-starter with experience as a highly motivated and results-driven sales representative.  It is crucial that the candidate thrives in our entrepreneurial company culture where change is constant, growth is immense, and opportunities abound. 

This is a full-time, remote position reporting to the National Sales Manager. 
 
 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell InBody’s professional line of Body Composition Analyzers - Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers to meet and exceed sales quota. 

  • Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with existing and prospective clients to close sales and promote customer retention.   

  • Execute sales strategies – Adhere to current and any updated strategies, KPI’s and policies.   

  • Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual individual and team sales quota and goals for new customer acquisition.  

  • Track progress and results - Record prospect interactions and track goal attainment in CRM system. 

  • Research and understand target market - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and InBody’s overall market opportunity.  

Minimum Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor's degree or four (4+) years of relevant work experience  

  • One or more (1+) years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding quota and working with the end users and purchasing departments within health, wellness, medical, and/or academic institutions  

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications  

  • Type 40+ WPM  

  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain high daily call volume (50+/day)    

  • Proficiency with CRM software (Zoho)   

  • Demonstrate a track record of identifying and closing new business using a consultative and collaborative approach  

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines   

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including persuasive negotiation, public speaking, and presentations  

  • Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills    

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record    

  • Travel (up to 10%) for business trips and tradeshows  

  

Bonus Qualifications: 

  • Three or more (3+) years of sales experience with a proven record of meeting and exceeding quota in fitness, nutrition, medical device, pharmaceutical, and/or related field

Annual Salary Range:  

$55,000 - $70,000 base + uncapped commission
