Apt Resources is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Building Management System (BMS) Operator to join the team of one of our prestigious clients, a luxurious hotel. As a BMS Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the hotel's building management system to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency. Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate the building management system (BMS)
- Perform regular checks and inspections of the BMS equipment and systems
- Respond to alarms and alerts generated by the BMS
- Adjust and optimize system parameters for energy efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of system performance and maintenance activities
- Coordinate with other departments and contractors for system repairs and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Provide training and support to other staff members on the use of the BMS
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BMS Operator or similar role in a hotel setting
- Strong knowledge of building management systems and their components
- Experience with BMS software and programming
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexible schedule to accommodate shifts and be on-call if necessary
Benefits
The salary is AED 1500 – AED 2000, plus AED 500 service charge, accommodation, food, and other benefits as per UAE labour laws
