Join us and collaborate with world-class experts to develop solutions that address real-world challenges.</p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p><p>As <strong>Innovation and Business Development Manager</strong>, you will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Leading business development in key sectors where Multiverse operates, such as finance, energy, manufacturing, logistics, cybersecurity, among others.</li><li>Identifying business and growth opportunities across multiple geographies and industrial verticals.</li><li>Managing strategic relationships with global clients and industrial partners.</li><li>Identifying and building consortia to access public and private funding, driving the company’s growth.</li><li>Developing and managing grant proposals, covering both technical and financial aspects.</li><li>Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the achievement of objectives in collaborative R&D projects.</li><li>Exploring and proposing new areas of application for quantum and generative AI technologies.</li><li>Monitoring and reporting the status of ongoing R&D projects and funding proposals.</li></ul><div></div><ul><li><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></li></ul><ul><li>University degree in technical areas (Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, or similar).</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in securing public funding ideally with R&D projects at National level or European.</li><li>Commercial skills to identify and close business opportunities.</li><li>Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).</li><li>Experience in building consortia and working on collaborative projects.</li><li>Ability to work in international and multicultural teams, both in-person and remotely.</li></ul><p></p><ul><li><strong>Preferred Requirements:</strong></li></ul><ul><li>Previous experience in a similar role within consulting, tech companies, or R&D-focused businesses.</li><li>Deep knowledge of quantum technologies, AI, and data analytics.</li><li>Familiarity with the public funding ecosystem in Europe and other relevant regions (North America, Asia).</li><li>Knowledge of other languages, preferably French or German.</li><li>Strong skills in managing relationships with key clients and partners in a highly innovative environment.</li></ul><p></p><p><em>As an equal opportunity employer, Multiverse Computing is committed to building an inclusive workplace.
