Z2Data's founding team has built the electronic industry's data solutions for the past 20+ years. Our collective domain expertise enables us to provide unique and new solutions to the industry's most important problems within supply chain risk management. Selling an encompassing solution to manufacturers to help mitigate their supply chain risk at the component level up to their suppliers, geographical regions and across compliance regulations.
We are looking for a goal-driven lead development representative to assist our company in expanding our customer base and meeting sales targets. The LDR will be responsible for responding to all inbound leads with a goal of scheduling calls for the lead and Z2Data sales person to further discuss on Z2Data solutions/services.
To be a successful sales development representative, you should have excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and sales targets. Experience with salesforce is preferred.
Responsibilities:
· Converting inbound leads into sales opportunities
· Move qualified leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging demos.
· Create relationships with prospects to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales.
· Initiate organized follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not purchase to keep them actively engaged
· Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure company goals are being met
· Enter and maintain accurate account activity records in Salesforce
· Demonstrate creativity in meeting and exceeding targets through A-B testing with messaging/strategies in hopes of achieving lead conversion

Requirements
· A bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field
· Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills
· 1-2 years of sales or sales related experience is preferred
· Salesforce experience preferred
