About Intentpro

IntentPro helps growing B2B businesses identify active buyers and creates a transparent, unified framework, to monitor leads as they move through your marketing, sales, and delivery processes. Make decisions based on data, predict sales more accurately, identify buyers, spot where conversion rates are dipping, unify teams, monitor renewal rates, predict revenue, and much more.

The role

The Data Engineer is a vital role within the Blenheim Chalcot portfolio and Intentpro. You will be responsible for building and optimizing cloud-based solutions dependent on GenAI. You will work with cross functional teams that range from data science, web development, business, sales and customer support. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and progressive environment, where you will support us in building our next generation of GenAI enabled tech businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Play an important role in the setting up of infrastructure according to business requirements
• Work closely with Product Management, Software Development, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams to develop scalable and innovative engineering and analytical solutions
• Ensure smooth processes between our teams in India and UK
• Use GenAI and build other ML/NLP models to improve the product
• Own the codebase and help manage other members in the team

About you

The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of experience in a Data Engineer role
• Experience with Python, SQL and SQL databases
• Experience with AWS (if not, then other cloud platforms)
• Experience of the full software development life cycle with industry best practices is crucial, knowledge of CI/CD is preferred
• Experience with using LLM/GenAI to build applications
• Experience building and optimizing data pipelines to and from data warehouses
• Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment

Nice-to-haves: 

• Experience working in a start-up environment
• Working in a marketing/sales-based engineering role or a good understanding of the marketing/sales function
• Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and techniques
• Experience working on evaluating, prioritizing and developing product feature
