DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
The Senior Network Operations Engineer will be part of a team of experts who are responsible for handling operations, network, and security infrastructures, user-support, problem management, managing network performance, and proactively monitoring and management roles. This team provides 24×7 support to its Federal & Global client-base.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties and responsibilities for this position include the following; however other duties may be assigned as needed for the smooth and continued operations of the company.

Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based IT infrastructures
Continuous integration and automated deployments
Creation of MOP/SOP and planning Change-Management processes
Performance tuning of network devices and creation of SOP
Agile project management and testing responsibilities
Planning and performing upgrades of network and security software & devices
Work with Hardware/Software Vendors to resolve problems
Train and Mentor Junior Network Engineers
Act as an SME SPOC for Operations & Network software & hardware
Provide technical inputs for weekly/monthly customer service review reports

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

A Bachelor's of Science degree in computer science or similar discipline
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional
Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert
At least 5+ years hands on experience in Enterprise LAN and WAN environments
Strong Technical subject matter expertise on Oracle, AWS and Windows Platforms & Network solutions
Knowledge of MPLS and QoS Basic knowledge of security technologies
Understanding on IPSec, VPNs, GRE, NAT/PAT over varied platforms
Experience working with the federal government highly desirable
