Position Detail
This position will be member of Enterprise Applications team. The team collaborates with MobileIron business stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into sustainable solutions, and processes, and continuously improve upon them to align, enhance, and innovate as the business climate changes at MobileIron.
This position is responsible for supporting the business applications used by our internal customers (Sales, Renewals, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Product Engg, Partner Relation, and Ecosystem Development). The position owns end to end delivery of feature enhancements. This position works with our business users to enhance and update our cloud applications to automate our business. Primary applications for this position are Salesforce.com, and Salesforce Partner Community. Other applications the position may get hands on experience are Apttus and Boomi.
What you'll be doing...
· Work with the team of Senior Business Analysts, Business Process Owners and End Users to define business requirements and systems enhancements
· Work with the team on several projects specifically on Salesforce.com platform including Partner Community.
· Document business process flows and requirements
· Make configuration enhancements to the applications per business requirements
· Identify test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements
· Work with development team on business requirements from users and own the end to end delivery of those requirements.
· Provide 2nd tier support for customer requests/issues and investigate issues related to Partner community.
· Assist in creating reports and dashboard for users
· Provide training to end users

What you have done...
· Degree in MIS or relevant business experience
· Minimum of 5 yrs. of industry experience
· Minimum of 2 yrs. business systems experience in Salesforce Partner Community
· Strong Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud functional and configuration knowledge
· Knowledge of Channel sales model e.g. deal registration process, distributor-reseller relationship.
· Apttus CPQ experience is a plus
