Salary: P60,000 to P80,000 (Monthly Package)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:30 AM - 03:30 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contracts Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in contract administration, project management, estimation, or related area.
- Experience with engineering design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Knowledgeable in any Digital Estimator Tool/Software.
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft products, Job Management System, and any other.
- Experienced in data entry with keen eye for details and identifying potential project risks.
- Understanding and experience in the electrical and data industry.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the engineering industry
- Strong attention to detail in handling of numerical data
What will you do?
Estimation Management
- Provide planning and support, for the day-to-day operations across a broad range of areas.
- Schedule and manage all tender requests
- Ensure quantifiable project specific take offs are completed for materials and labor to ensure accuracy of estimations.
- Follow up all submitted tenders within agreed timescales
- Identify suitable and appropriate value engineering opportunities for clients, where applicable.
Handover to preparations
- Liaise with the Operations Department as required when a contract/project is secured to ensure that the operations team
- Ensure that all job information including time tracking, margin tracking is accurate and up to date and that all reprinting and reviewing is completed in a timely manner
