I am currently seeking a Business Analyst/Global Product Business Process Consultant for one of my clients in San Francisco, CA. This is a contract position with one of our largest financial clients in the San Francisco, CA area. I am looking for someone with previous experience with lending products and systems. This is a 18 Month contract opportunity and my client is looking for candidates to start as soon as possible. Candidates must be willing to work out of the San Francisco, CA area. Requirements
Have at least three years' experience working with lending products and systems, preferably gained in either a product management or loan operations role
Have an ability to learn quickly, establish good working relationships with partners across multiple time zones and display an awareness of, and sensitivity to, cultural differences
Have a sound understanding of global financial market practices across multiple regions including, detailed knowledge of lending services, trade products, payment types, information reporting channels, international clearing systems operations, foreign exchange practices, and liquidity management techniques
Possess strong analytical skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into specific business requirements
Have excellent oral and written communication skills and a strong command of English
Be able to distill key information poin! ts into a clearly presented set of findings, recommendations and action steps
Demonstrate advanced problem solving, analytical and multi-tasking skills
Identify, clarify and resolve issues and risks, escalating them as needed
Be proficient in Microsoft products, including PowerPoint and Visio
Plusses
Previous experience of working in an international location, across different cultures and with teams based in different countries
Project management and/or treasury management certifications
Bachelors degree in finance, information technology or a related field
