the Head of Learning Solutions at Le Wagon for Business, you will:</p><ul><li><strong>Lead and manage</strong> the Pedagogical Engineering team to ensure the design and delivery of high-quality training solutions based on clients’ briefs.</li><li><strong>Oversee the development and implementation</strong> of innovative digital skills programs, acting as the primary technical advisor and product owner for data and tech acculturation, up skilling, and re skilling initiatives.</li><li><strong>Collaborate with the VP Education</strong> to align training solutions with Le Wagon's educational vision and strategic goals, promoting AI and other cutting-edge technologies in our programs.</li><li><strong>Work closely with Sales, Content, CSM, and Engineering teams</strong> to continuously enhance our B2B offerings, ensuring they meet market demands and client expectations.</li><li><strong>Conduct advanced research</strong> to anticipate market trends, incorporating findings into the product development roadmap to maintain Le Wagon’s competitive edge.</li><li><strong>Foster a strong feedback loop</strong> with clients and internal teams to drive continuous experience <strong>in leadership roles within customer-facing teams</strong> and possess a deep understanding of data and technology (including concepts such as DevSecOps, GenAI, Programming such as Python, Power BI, etc.)</li></ul><ul><li>You excel at <strong>identifying client challenges</strong> and aligning Le Wagon’s solutions to effectively address their needs.</li><li>You are <strong>fluent in French and English</strong>, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills who enjoys presenting to executive stakeholders & clients.</li><li>You have a <strong>strong passion for EdTech</strong> and the corporate training sector.</li><li>You are <strong>independent, proactive, and highly organized</strong>, demonstrating a track record of driving projects to
