Jobscan is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Content Writer to drive lead generation and brand engagement through strategic and compelling written content across various digital platforms. This person will work alongside the B2B marketing team and will be instrumental in building an effective and sustainable content schedule.
Description of Duties
- Create, edit and publish engaging content across various formats that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Identify and research relevant topics that resonate with our target audience, ensuring content relevance and engagement.
- Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent content delivery across all digital platforms.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to devise cohesive and innovative content strategies.
- Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize all content for SEO and enhance visibility and engagement, incorporating extensive keyword and competitor research.
- Analyze and report on the performance of content campaigns, using insights to optimize and refine strategies
Must have experience
- 1-3 years of relevant content marketing writing experience, preferably within a tech startup
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices
- Ability to write persuasively to improve conversion rates
- Self-learner with the ability to work independently, as well as a valuable member of a team
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Motivated by work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Experience that would help you stand out:
- Experience with HubSpot, Wordpress, Google Analytics
