We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager who will play a critical role in overseeing financial relationships with payment service providers, monitoring cash flows, and ensuring seamless financial operations. This position will support internal departments by developing financial guidelines, tracking provider tariffs and volumes, and preparing for negotiations and responsibility for the strategy execution on both financial and operational level, in terms of cash management and running treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining detailed reports on cash flows, categorized by sources, terms, and conditions of enrollment.
- Analyzing inflows and outflows, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to management.
- Monitoring and managing payment service providers’ limits. Ensuring compliance with contractual limits and proactively identifying any potential issues related to provider accounts.
- Creating comprehensive guidelines and instructions on how to work with various providers and financial institutions and standardizing processes for internal teams to ensure efficient financial operations and compliance with contracts.
- Providing ongoing operational support to internal departments on financial matters related to providers and ensuring smooth coordination between the company’s internal services and external financial partners.
- Monitoring provider tariffs, transaction volumes, and reconciling financial turnover.
- Compiling and analyzing financial data to support the company's position in negotiations with providers and preparing relevant materials and recommendations to inform leadership during contract discussions and negotiations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in finance operations or a similar role, preferably within the travel, logistics, or e-commerce sectors.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to build and interpret reports.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for coordinating with internal teams and external providers.
- Experience with financial reconciliations, commission tracking, and contract management.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, particularly within the set work hours (12:00 to 21:00 CET).
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks) and financial management tools.
- Knowledge of the travel or e-commerce industry is a plus.
