You will be joining a team of performance-driven Willowers, backed by the most advanced technology the built world has ever seen.

Willow is expanding our sales and business development teams. We are looking for those that are experienced in leading business development and sales efforts for enterprise software solutions digitizing the built world.  An ideal candidate will have experience selling into the higher education, aviation, healthcare, retail or sports/entertainment industries, generating new leads and possess the persistence to follow these opportunities to closure. Hungry and passionate best describe our needs in this role and would pair those characteristics with an education and empathy for the end users of the Willow software, inclusive of the daily challenges of managing a portfolio of real estate and the local challenges of facility and asset management.

Key responsibilities of the Sales Account Executive:

  • Identify, target, and secure new enterprise customers to drive revenue growth.
  • Generate and qualify new leads through various channels including partners, networking, and industry events.
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, highlighting the value and benefits of our SaaS solution. 
  • Ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes through the effective use of our SaaS solutions. 
  • Drive contract renewals and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback.
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize customer value and revenue.
  • Monitor customer usage and adoption of our SaaS solutions, providing guidance and support to optimize their experience.
  • Serve as a customer advocate within the company, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align on strategies and support customer success initiatives.

Experience and qualifications

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and the Higher Education technology landscape.
  • 5-10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of managing and growing existing customer accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of Building Automation Systems, Building Information Models, and IoT solutions (Preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at the executive level.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and strategy.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
