Senior Business Analyst

• Seeking resources who are proficient in Agile practices of story writing and requirements gathering.
• Able to deliver written project deliverables and communicate to stakeholders at all levels.
• Election experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven working experience as a business systems analyst or member of a SCRUM team.
• The ability to collaborate with agile delivery teams and other technical staff, business partners, and vendors.
• The ability to accurately define and capture project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (4), JIRA, and Confluence.
• Analytical and able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, and approaches to problems.
